Tell me how cool this piece of software is!

That’s the first time I can handle all my notes in a appropiate digital way and I can even track my corresponding tasks via Outlook. Unbelievable handy!

It comes with a pailful list of useful templates. For example a template for “Meeting notes”, that helps you to track the most important decisions, the new ToDos and the still opened questions. Normally writing the short Email, that tells everyone exactly those facts, takes 20 minutes after each bigger meeting. Now you can simply send your note as email and your done. And the other big difference: You can manage your Notes in a better way, than you can do that with your email. (and this mail will not have to stay in your inbox, so no problem with your quota…) Great!

I’ve been using this tool for nearly 1 month to help me organize my private stuff (that’s not just a litte - I’m moving to switzerland and I’m organising the IT for the emergency control and managment of “Rock am Ring” in my freetime). But now I finally got Office 2007 at my office too. Not for long as I will move in about one month, but at least long enough to show my collegs how cool this thing is :)

    Now you only need a Windows Mobile based phone to synchronize it with Outlook as well ;)

    That’s pretty cool ’cause it takes only 140 km from Freiburg to Zurich :)
